    Job Description:

    Position Summary:

    • Lead menu development based on seasonal changes and event requirements
    • Delegate tasks/prep to meet deadlines and support daily events
    • Monitor temperature logs, food production, and inventory
    • Train and support culinary team members
    • Prepare a variety of food items using different techniques
    • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
    • Assist in food prep during off-peak periods
    • Meet personal hygiene requirements

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of kitchen experience
    • Experience managing a kitchen team is an asset
    • Clear communication skills
    • Food Safety Certification
    • Culinary education/certification is a plus
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
    • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills
    • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined

    Compensation:

    $28/hour + gratuities and incentives
