    Requirements for Success:

    • Strong customer service orientation
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Adaptability to new challenges
    • Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent work experience
    • Ability to concentrate for extended periods
    • 2+ years of Contact Centre experience preferred
    • Strong technical aptitude
    • Effective problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment

    Language Requirement: Must be fluently Bilingual (English and French)

    Shift Requirement:

    • Training hours: Monday – Friday (8:00 am – 4:30 pm ATL)
    • Core hours: 8am – 9pm ATL
    • Shift-bid option available twice a year

    Home Office Requirements:

    • Private, secure working area
    • Quiet and distraction-free work environment
    • Secure e-work space
