Reporting to the Manager, Supply Chain (Direct Consumer Fulfillment) the position of Product Logistics Representative is an essential part of the department.

The incumbent will be the liaison between customers, Bell Interactive, Bell TV, Bell Mobility, Keuhne & Nagel (Warehouse), Canada Post, Planning Associates and the Executive Care Teams at Bell Canada.


Responsibilities:


  • Handle escalations and exceptions
  • Fulfill customer orders/returns (manually at times) and correct any errors
  • Validate confidential information
  • Process credits/debits where applicable
  • Identify fraudulent activities
  • Provide customer service and support to the end users
  • Participate in new process implementation and projects
  • Support necessary training to all parties
  • Run reports as required from SAP P7
  • Complete investigations

Critical Qualifications / Competencies:


  • Excellent communications skills (both written and oral) are required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and high level of attention to detail and followup
  • Ability to work within environment of rapid change and high stress: strong organizational and selfdiscipline skills
  • Excellent problem solving ability, decisiveness, and capable of taking initiative
  • Knowledge of Bell products and services with emphasis on Bell Mobility

Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:


  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Power Point is required
  • Working Knowledge of FastAct, NM1, Moneris and Intranet would be an asset
  • Solid understanding of business professionalism and the ability to work and share information in a team environment
  • Energetic and enthusiastic attitude with strong listening skills
  • Highly reliable, resourceful and motivated individual with positive attitude, flexible and willing to work off business hours such as weekends and evenings on occasion
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, able to foster effective working teams
  • Team player
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Working knowledge of SAP (P77) is a must
  • Ability to interact with members of various other Bell business units
  • Some knowledge of BRS and products an asset

Education Requirements:

The incumbent should have a College or University education, preferably in a Business Administration or Customer Service, or 2 years in a customer service field or equivalent experience
