Summary of duties

The incumbent will be responsible for verifying and reconciling all inventory movements, tracking of freight invoices and customer claims according to Saputo procedures and standards.

Contributing to this role is:

Analyzing customer claims;
Analysing the movement of goods;
Consolidating information from analyses and decisions;
Maintaining business relations between the different service points, customers and carriers;
Analysis, verification and payment of invoices from transport suppliers;
Perform any other related tasks as required.

The qualifications sought are:

College diploma (AEC) in a relevant field or equivalent experience;
Experience in a similar position (an asset);
Bilingualism (spoken and written);
Good knowledge of the Office suite; Advanced Excel; Knowledge of Power Query (an asset);
Ability to learn computer platforms; DNMS, Maestro, Manhattan, SRX Pro Remote;
High level of accuracy, analytical skills, communication of results, initiative and autonomy;
Excellent priority management and organisational skills.
