- 1-3 years of fine dining cooking experience
- Demonstrated strong attitude towards team work.
- Maintain and deliver the consistently of quality to the food items being prepared.
- Responsible for the quality of food and prep items that are on their station.
- Responsible for the supervision of any demi chefs and apprentices that are working within the kitchen.
- Is proficient in meat and fish butchery, sauce making, entremetier, soup making and some good basic pastry knowledge.
- Writes and creates their own mis en place sheets ,and is able to follow the directions and complete these sheets.
- Making sure that all the stations within the kitchen are managed and prepped in accordance with the sous-chef and chefs guide lines.
