Responsibilities
:

Lead and supervise a team. Develop creative and seasonal menus that showcase our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.


Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene are maintained. Manage inventory, control costs, and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for growth and improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends and introduce new culinary techniques and menu items to enhance our offerings. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements
:5+ years of experience as a professional chef, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven ability to create and execute diverse and high-quality menus.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Demonstrated understanding of food cost control and inventory management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for culinary excellence and a drive to exceed customer expectations.
Knowledge of current culinary trends and a keen interest in the marketplace.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks to ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all food safety regulations are followed.
  • Create new recipes and menus.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Develop costeffective menus that meet customer needs and preferences.
  • Train kitchen staff in proper food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
  • Order ingredients and supplies as needed.

Salary:
$75.00 per year

Experience:


  • Cooking: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Food Handler Certification (required)
