Position Summary:


How You'll Make an Impact


You will play a critical role within the HR team by ensuring the completeness and integrity of our HRIS, other critical business systems and providing a great employee experience to our employees in the central region.


  • Regularly update the HRIS system with weekly and biweekly processing of employee changes such as promotions, salary adjustments, transfers, leaves, terminations, etc. and managing flow of associated documentation.
  • Assist Business Partner in onboarding new hires, collection of documents and submission to payroll team for processing.
  • Prepare employment verification letters and other related documents.
  • Compile, analyze and prepare standardized or customized reports on a routine or ad hoc basis as requested from HR Business Partner.
  • Monitor and respond to general HR inquires regarding policies, procedures and HRrelated concerns.
  • Investigate and respond to general employee and manager concerns or inquiries on a timely basis
  • Assist in HR project initiatives as per annual department objectives which may include assisting in policy and program development and implementation and process improvements.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Postsecondary education, preferably in human resources or business
  • 23 years of experience in employee relations in a midlarge sized corporate environment
  • Excellent computer skills including advanced knowledge and competency with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with utilizing HRIS would be considered a strong asset
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and issues with tact and diplomacy
  • Proven ability to work in a fastpaced, changing environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Detailoriented with the ability to check documents for accuracy and communicate detailed changes
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving orientation
