Day to day:


  • Lead, coach, develop and inspire a Global TA team, managing the daytoday escalation of issues, ensuring compliance with regulations and audits
  • Ensure that a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy is in place which aligns with our People and Group strategies
  • Leverage various talent acquisition strategies and manage resources effectively
  • Incorporate diversity, equity and inclusion best practices into the selection, assessment, and hiring processes
  • Create robust selection and assessment procedures incorporating our suite of psychometric assessments
  • Drive continuous, datadriven improvement of Talent Acquisition strategy and processes, including onboarding and employer branding
  • Manage and execute the full recruitment lifecycle for a limited number of key openings
  • Oversee / manage relationships with thirdparty agencies and vendors
  • Actively participate in a range of Talent related activities, as part of the Talent management team
  • Leverage input from multiple perspectives and can synthesize to formulate the best solutions,
  • Partner with all relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment around global processes, systems, sourcing strategies, social media and employment branding
  • Lead selection and implementation of new systems to support TA processes

Essentials:

Minimum qualifications**:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or related major (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in a fastpaced, globally matrixed organization
  • 5 years' global recruiting leadership experience
  • Proven ability to develop high performing teams, programs, solutions, and strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to be seen as a true Talent Partner to all levels of the business
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience in TArelated system implementation
  • Strong project management skills, able to manage competing priorities
  • Proven ability to adapting to and leading team through change
  • Business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships

Preferred qualifications:


  • Master's degree in business, human resources or related major
  • Experience working in financial services industry
  • HRBP or Change Management experience
  • Experience in leading selection and implementation of systems
  • Experience with social media strategy

Travel Requirements:

Up to 15% domestic and international travel
