What's the role?


As the
Process Design Analyst, you will provide strategic, analytic support to the functionality, and improvement of the Retail Business platforms.

This role contributes to an overall positive retail member experience by working closely and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to provide relevant information, support evolving business processes, and provides continuous feedback for improvement to the Retail Banking platforms and processes while aligning with Coastal Community's strategic vision and purpose.

This role will work closely with business partners to help create and guide opportunities and efficiencies utilizing technology and workflows to provide efficient and effective solutions.

The
Process Design Analyst uses excellent communication and analytical skills to translate business requirements and sales processes.

In this role, you will be responsible to:

  • Consult and liaise with stakeholders to gather and confirm business requirements related to the sales processes within retail banking.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to help improve the performance of the organization.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify how business requirements can be delivered to ensure improved employee and member experiences.
  • Provide expert support to key stakeholders to deliver process changes and improvements, ensuring decisions are datadriven and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify and communicate program requirements to internal and external stakeholders and vendors, ensuring effective implementation of sales process improvements.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive working relationship with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales initiatives and process improvements.
  • Utilize data analysis and insights to identify opportunities for sales growth and recommend strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Utilize technology and workflows to create and improve upon the efficiency and effectiveness of sales processes.
  • Identify and support implementation of tools and systems that streamline sales operations and enhance the member experience.
  • Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of sales systems and technologies.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and Retail Services learning practitioners to support training and development through creation of sales processes and tools to ensure effective use of systems
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales processes, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Proactively gather feedback from sales teams and stakeholders to identify pain points and address them through process optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in sales process management, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the organization.
  • Translate business requirements and sales processes into clear and concise communication materials and presentations.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree/diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business Administration or a related field
  • Business Analyst Certification is an asset
Ideally, you are a flexible, collaborative team player with:

  • 5+ years related experience
  • Experience with the Salesforce platform would be an asset.
  • 2 years' experience writing processes and workflows
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of Agile and/or Lean methodology
  • Experience in a Financial Institution/Credit Union is preferred
  • Strong research, business analytics, and project management capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
