Description

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Advisor to work at one of our Kitchener, Ontario locations. Our Customer Advisors act as a liaison between our customers and our technicians.

The Customer Advisor will consult with customers to identify their vehicle needs and relay all pertinent details to our technicians.

Wage rate based on experience._

Description of Duties/Expectations:

Greet all customers upon their arrival into the store
Gather vehicle symptoms/requirements information
Determine and recommend the best service decision(s) for customers
Rectify customer complaints/concerns in a courteous and professional manner
Keep shop Manager informed of any problems regarding shop or customer related matters
Arrange service appointments for customers
Other duties as required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Experience in a sales or customer service role involving automotive service, tires, parts and accessories
Experience in the tire and automotive repair service industry an asset
Exceptional customer service skills
Demonstrated computer skills
Valid driver's license
Some knowledge of tools and equipment
Strong organizational skills
Outstanding timemanagement skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple priorities professionally and effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence and aptitude to operate independently and unsupervised
Experience working in a teambased environment
Automotive repair and preventative maintenance sales

Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
