Job Description:

This position involves a variety of tasks primarily centered on outdoor pressure washing and general yard maintenance. The role includes both reoccurring contracts and one-off jobs in the commercial and residential sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

Pressure washing of building and property exteriors
Servicing commercial kitchen exhaust systems as needed
Cleaning dryer vents
Performing yard maintenance tasks as directed by management
Maintaining equipment as directed by management

What We Offer:

Paid training shifts at $20 per hour for the initial weeks

- $60 per day meal allowance for jobs requiring overnight stays (2-3 days out of town), with accommodations provided by the company

Companypaid courses for necessary certifications (WHIMIS, First Aid, Ladder Safety, etc.)
Benefits for employees who have completed a 3month probation period

Requirements:

Reliability, accountability, and punctuality
Strong work ethic and pride in work
Problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work 812 hour shifts
Safetyconscious with the ability to identify potential hazards
Flexibility to work daytime and early morning shifts
Comfort with heights, ladder climbing, small spaces, and roof work in various weather conditions
Valid Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract
Reliable vehicle for commuting to Lantzville (transit is unreliable in this area)
Physical capability to lift 50 pounds
Experience with kitchen exhaust systems, pressure washers, and/or trade services is an asset
Basic maintenance knowledge
Fluency in English
