Savaria, the global leader in accessibility and a Canadian publicly traded company is looking to hire a
Consumer Relations Specialist to work from our Brampton office.
This is a great opportunity to join the team This position is well suited to someone with previous experience in customer service.
Exceptional English communication skills are required and French is an asset. This is anon-site position 5 days a week.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with problem resolution for clients requiring service or repairs
- Communicate with team members for problem resolution as needed
- Collate, package and send various marketing materials for distribution to customers
- Assist with other marketing projects and initiatives including sales and leads analysis, web site content
- Provide general and administrative support to the marketing and sales teams as needed
Desired skills:
- Positive attitude, able to handle pressure, confident and articulate phone manner
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal in English, French is an asset
- Selfmotivated and dynamic team player looking to take on new challenges and pitch in
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Hardworker who doesn't 'watch the clock" and has some flexibility of working hours
- Computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word
- Reliable, punctual and energetic
Salary:
$40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
