About Us:

Hollingsgate Recruitment is partnering with a prominent Managed Services client in the GTA to find an experienced Technical Alignment Manager.

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our client's team and help bridge the gap between IT strategies and business objectives for their valued customers.

This role involves travel to client sites and demands strong customer-facing skills.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align IT strategies with the company's overall business strategy.
  • Develop and execute plans for technology initiatives that support organizational objectives.
  • Monitor and assess technical projects, ensuring alignment with predefined goals.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies in the IT domain.
  • Serve as a liaison between IT teams and senior leadership, effectively communicating technical progress and challenges.
  • Travel to client sites as required to establish and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in IT management, project management, or related roles within Managed Services.
  • Strong knowledge of IT best practices, methodologies, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical details into actionable business insights.
  • Ownership of a reliable vehicle for travel to client sites.

Job Types:

Salary:
$85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
