Mark Anthony Group is the leading family-owned Canadian Beverage Alcohol company in Canada with three distinct sales organizations across the country.

Each division represents a unique portfolio of products, including brands such as White Claw, Dillon's, Mott's Clamato, and many more


We are looking for a Sales Manager, based in Vancouver to lead our Mark Anthony Brands sales team across British Columbia.

The Sales Manager is responsible for managing a team of Field Sales Representatives and/or On Premise Account Managers.

A Sales Manager must lead, motivate, and develop their team while managing a portfolio and building brands in the market.


What You Will Do:


  • Manage our portfolio of products and meet or exceed sales targets in Retail and On Premise Accounts
  • Develop, manage and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales objective targets.
  • Conduct regular field surveys to evaluate market conditions and validate program execution
  • Develop local strategy, tactics and goals to achieve brand objectives
  • Coach, mentor and develop a teams to ensure sales and cultural expectations are being met and improved
  • Responsible for monitoring SG&A and A&P budgets

What You Bring:


  • Minimum 2+ years of sales management experience, preferably in the beverage alcohol or CPG industry
  • Completed Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce or related from a recognized institution
  • Proven success in field sales
  • Proven ability to develop and manage team
  • Effective leadership and strategic influencing skill
  • Effective business systems thinker and a good understanding of business process knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with others in a diverse environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at one time
