8 MONTH CONTRACT


We are an Industrial Distributor that has been family owned and operated for almost 60 years Currently we are in search of a receptionist for our Burlington location.

While responsible for answering our phone system directing calls and greeting customers upon arrival, we are looking for someone who can handle a variety of administrative tasks along the way

Position is Monday to Friday, 7:30-3:30.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily expediting of open PO's and orders
  • Stock adjustments as needed
  • Resolving receiving/shipping errors from suppliers
  • Processing customer credits and vendor returns
  • Monthly Visa reconciliation
  • Weekly customer reporting
  • Cross training on invoicing, PO confirmations, cash sale reconciliation, reception, etc.

Skills and Qualifications
:
Basic computer knowledge with excellent typing ability.

Must possess multi-task handling ability, exemplary organizational skills, and knowledge of administrative procedures and clerical actions

  • Should be skillful in Microsoft Office, telephone communication, listening etc.
  • Excellent written and vocal communication is an important key competence.

Job Type:

Fixed term contract

Contract length: 8 months


Salary:

$35,000.00-$39,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
