Description

Assistant Project Specialist - Term (September 2023 Start Date)

Support project development and delivery with direct supervision and support of PARC Sales team.
Support reviews of architectural specifications to secure PARC product specifications.
Assist with quoting, takeoffs, and product selections.
Assist with project management: scheduling, attending customer calls, support in tracking key milestones.
Support sales and business development efforts.
Assist with development and execution of plans to improve sales of PARC products in North America.
Support development of lighting and ceilings agent rep networks in North America by coordinating samples and assisting in other tasks.
Support development of alternate sales channels and OEM accounts in North America.
Support completion of Environmental Product Declaration Secondary Duties.
Assist with development and implementation of sales office tools and processes.
Driving development of next iteration of Weave/radiant performance tool.
Assist with updates to PARC literature as required.
Coordinate prescribed updates to PARC literature with Price marketing team.
Support PARC Projects Design on ad hoc basis.
Support CAD modelling efforts.
Support the creation of manufacturing details.
Assist designers with production support.
Enrolled in postsecondary education for Mechanical, Computer or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, with an eye for detail.
A cooperative team player attitude who thrives in a fastpaced environment.
An aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
A high level of critical thinking and accountability.
Experience with hand tools and wiring considered an asset.
