    Job Description

    Join our team in Western Canada and be part of exciting projects with top clients in diverse industries. We have multiple positions available and are seeking skilled consulting professionals with a strong grasp of solutions and industry best practices, along with practical experience in business processes or technology projects.

    Location Requirement: Candidates must be based in Calgary or nearby areas and be open to a mix of remote and on-site work.

    **Important Notice:

    • Only apply to one Western Canada location
    • Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada, with Permanent Residency or Citizenship. Unfortunately, relocation expenses are not covered at this time.

    Role Overview

    As a Project Manager at Sia Partners, you will collaborate on Transformation projects for our clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create project charters and oversee project delivery from vision to success metrics
    • Manage project dependencies, resources, and budgets
    • Provide progress reports and address issues and risks
    • Support decision-making with data-driven insights
    • Ensure project documentation is maintained
    • Lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals
    • Engage with various stakeholders to drive project success

    Qualifications

    We are looking for experienced Project Managers with:

    Mandatory Requirements:

    • Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience
    • Proven ability to collaborate with large stakeholder groups
    • PMP certification or equivalent
    • Experience in utilities, public sector, or banking

    Other Skills & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
    • Change Management expertise
    • Experience with HR-Information Systems
    • Strong knowledge of HR operations
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Adaptability and critical thinking
    • Curious mindset and resourceful nature
