Customer Service Representative Opportunity at Dufferin Concrete

Dufferin Concrete, A CRH Company is looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join their team in Beamsville, ON for a one-year contract.

Dufferin Concrete, a trusted supplier with over 100 years of industry experience, is a top employer in Greater Toronto. Our network of plants and ready-mix trucks provides high-quality concrete mixes for various construction projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service during the dispatching process
Handle customer inquiries and orders efficiently
Assign orders to concrete plants based on project needs
Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
Adhere to Environmental and Health & Safety guidelines

Requirements:

High School Diploma
1-3 years of work experience
Computer Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Maps
Experience with Command Concrete is an asset
