I'm a self-driven, inspired, and highly motivated professional with over 5 years of customer service experience. I am always willing to embrace challenges and find ways to enhance my HR skillset. Bethesda Services Senior Administrative Assistant – Adult Clinical Services (Full-Time)

9/2023-4/2024. Thorold, ON

  • Worked strongly alongside Developmental Support Services Ontario (DSO). Collected Client referrals and implemented them in the Bethesda Data Base and Nucleus Labs systems.
  • Conducted choice appointments with clients and Behavior Consultants.
  • Assisted with managing the phone call soundboard. I received sensitive, confidential, or urgent calls. In addition, I contributed to managing the Adult Clinical Services soundboard.
  • I have experienced presenting any organizational changes regarding administrative staff. Collecting meeting minutes and organizing meeting agendas.
  • Managed purchasing orders for the Behavior Support Services (BSS). This included but was not limited to Speech & Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Behavior consultations.
  • Processed all Invoices in the BSS department.
  • Managed petty cash for the BSS department.
  • Reconciliation of Mastercard and petty cash purchases.
  • Created and reorganized payroll schedules for the BSS team. Ensured all schedules were accurate before submitting payroll.
  • Managed purchase orders for all office supplies, and ensured all office supplies were organized and available for peers.
  • I assisted with a wide variety of projects/tasks. Such Projects included - Prepping for the Wonder Of Me Group and Zones Group (both tasks required calling clients, getting clients to answer pre-screen questionaries, sending teams invites, and monitoring sessions). Additionally, I have assisted Admin team members with updating the administrative e-manual & modifying job duties.

 

Bethesda Services Human Resource Assistant (Contract)

6/2023-9/2023. Thorold, ON

  • Supported the HR team by conducting Buddy Interviews (Interviewed new front-line staff through their second, sixth, and twelfth week of employment) and implemented the scores/results into a KPI tracker.
  • Managed the scanning process - Collected employee's physical employment files and converted it to a digital employment file.
  • Managed reference calls for the HR recruitment team.
  • Collected Applications, reviewed resumes, and scheduled interviews.
  • Participated in biweekly HR meetings. Provided useful insight on organizational culture and organizational strategies.
  • Conducted health & safety inspections. This included fire inspection, health & safety manual revamp, and on-site job safety.

Education

At Niagara College, I had the opportunity to meet some amazing people and professors. It's a privilege to be able to network and socialize at a place that expresses culture, creativity, and a sense of belonging. I had several assignments/projects that opened doors for my peers and I. I was able to collaborate with Excelsior Community College (ECC) introducing the benefits of incorporating a new recognition system. I also had the opportunity to work with the Town of Lincoln reviewing policies & procedures, creating risk assessments, and had the opportunity to present our findings to the HR team. At Niagara College, I had the opportunity to meet some amazing people and professors.
