Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate scheduling of HR activities, programs and events as required.
  • Provide supportive work for the full cycle recruitment process
  • Responsible for general office administration, including but not limited to maintaining and reordering office supplies inventory; constructing meeting minutes, Managing company accounts
  • HR and general administrative filing.
  • General procurement duties
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field preferred
  • 12 year's HR or administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to multitask
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Mandarin and English fluency
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Willing and eager to learn
  • Professional communication demeanour
  • Strong organization skills and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$15.50-$17.00 per hour
