Description

As a Data Integrity team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments.

You will be responsible for reviewing and validating KPI measures, identifying discrepancies, and collaborating with departmental teams to ensure data integrity.

Additionally, you will assist in generating reports to facilitate informed decision-making.

Compensation:

$840 - $1,000 weekly + performance bonus


Responsibilities:


  • Review and validate key performance indicators (KPIs) from various departments to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist in identifying and investigating any discrepancies or anomalies in KPI data and report as necessary.
  • Support departmental teams in proper data entry and reporting procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data validation checks and protocols to maintain data integrity.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining documentation on data collection methods and procedures.
  • Provide support in generating regular and adhoc reports summarizing KPI performance for management review.
  • Assist in analyzing trends and patterns in KPI data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in data entry, data management, or related roles is preferred but not required
  • Basic proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Basic understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Experience with Service Titan or other CRM systems is an asset
