    Summary

Working at Fanshawe CollegeNote**:
This is a full-time Support position (35 hours per week).

Duties: Under the general direction of the Director, International Recruitment and Market Development, and Regional Managers, the incumbent acts as the specialist for digital recruitment, assessing, developing, and implementing digital strategies in current and emerging global markets. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and overseeing strategic digital recruitment initiatives for Fanshawe International, and help Fanshawe International digitally explore emerging markets and will supplement Fanshawe's physical presence on the ground through digital activation strategies.

  • The incumbent will also be responsible for International leads management system, peer to peer platform, digital conversion strategies, organization and implementation of digital recruitment activities and initiates in existing and emerging markets.
    Qualifications
  • Postsecondary 3year diploma/degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business or E-Commerce
  • Certification in Google AdWords, Google Analytics or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in digital marketing, digital conversion strategies, project management, marketing collateral development, planning, implementation, API integration, budgeting, reporting and analysis
  • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered; preference will be given to applicants meeting the education requirements
  • Ability to conceptualize, run and conclude digital projects
  • Fluent in English and working proficiency in one additional host country language (e.g. Mandarin, Hindi, Arabic, Spanish, Korean or Vietnamese
  • Adobe Creative Suite preferred
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
