QUALIFICATIONS:
  • University degree in Health Informatics, Business, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years experience with statistics, and analysis is required
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of the Oncology Systemic and Radiation Quality Based Procedure funding methodologies
  • Displays superior interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with many diverse groups including Decision Support, Clinicians, Information Systems and HIM coding staff.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrates effective customer service, leadership, judgment, critical thinking and decision making skills
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, Meditech, and internet navigation.
  • Evidence of strong technical and analytical skills, effective organizational, interpersonal, communication, leadership, judgment, and critical thinking skills.
  • Flexible, selfdirected and able to work effectively with mínimal supervision
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent attendance record
  • Proficiency in both official languages (English & French) will be considered an asset
  • Vaccines (COVID19 and others) are a new hire requirement of the job unless you have an exemption based on medical or on a ground pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code
