QUALIFICATIONS:

University degree in Health Informatics, Business, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years experience with statistics, and analysis is required
Extensive knowledge and understanding of the Oncology Systemic and Radiation Quality Based Procedure funding methodologies
Displays superior interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with many diverse groups including Decision Support, Clinicians, Information Systems and HIM coding staff.
Excellent attention to detail
Demonstrates effective customer service, leadership, judgment, critical thinking and decision making skills
Demonstrates strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, Meditech, and internet navigation.
Evidence of strong technical and analytical skills, effective organizational, interpersonal, communication, leadership, judgment, and critical thinking skills.
Flexible, selfdirected and able to work effectively with mínimal supervision
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent attendance record
Proficiency in both official languages (English & French) will be considered an asset
