As a Business Analyst in our Retail Financial Operations Transformation team at National Bank, you'll liaise with business teams and delivery teams.

You'll work in Agile mode and will be part of a squad that manages and delivers business and technology projects for different sectors.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to use your business analysis, leadership, and process optimization skills to accelerate our transformation and have a positive impact on our organization.


Your Job

  • Understand and document processes (current and target situation) and identify gaps and impacts
  • Support your team in defining and documenting the structure of the product backlog and in prioritizing User Stories
  • Manage requirements associated with business needs
  • Participate in the development of the functional, integrated or acceptance testing strategy and plans and support users during acceptance testing
  • Participate in the operational transfer of the new solution (Employee/Customers, Process, Technology, Data)
  • Participate in the Post-Mortem or the various team ceremonies

As part of the Operations sector, you'll be on a large team, and you'll report to a Senior Manager.

Our Retail Finance Operations Transformation team is dedicated to supporting the transformation of Retail Finance processes and helping to develop operational excellence.

Prerequisites

  • University degree in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience
  • Lean Six Sigma certification, an asset
  • Business analysis skills in a techbased, operational ecosystem
  • Experience in the endtoend transformation of business processes, change management, and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of business process improvement and mapping: modeling, BPMN, Lean approach
  • Experience with testing scenarios and user support
  • Analytical, synthesis, and communication skills and the ability to think strategically
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Atlassian suite tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
