REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous Grill Cook experience
- Available Thursday-Sunday (30 hours per week)
- Knowledge of how to cook different proteins
- Previous kitchen line experience
- Knowledge of Greek cuisine is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Memorizing recipes, procedures and portion sizes
- Preparing ingredients according to our recipes
- Following proper product rotation practices
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation
- Following proper kitchen safety protocols
- Assisting with Butchery and Line Prep
