The Opportunity:


The Sales Manager is responsible for managing our sales team and attaining monthly and annual sales targets, establishing strategic business relations, and providing ideas for all strategic sales plans and their implementation.

Primarily, a significant focus is put on coaching and spending time with the sales team members. The individual is also responsible for controlling the selling costs with the objective of achieving net profit yields.


Our Sales Manager will play an integral role in the execution and delivery of our organizations mission by, "creating and delivering inspiring workspaces everywhere work happens." You will succeed as an individual and as a team by listening, collaborating, and delivering exceptional experiences.


In This Role You Will:


  • Recruit, lead and manage workplace sales professionals to meet and/or exceed revenue and profit goals.
  • Develop and implement quarterly and annual sales activities that align with overall annual marketing objectives.
  • Work with sales team to provide accurate, annual, and quarterly forecasts using Salesforce and other reporting tools.
  • Actively participate in industry networking events.
  • Work directly and strategize with NBD team lead on identified key influencers, and prospective clients and relationship management.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain relationships with key strategic suppliers and partners.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and market influencers.
  • Coach and mentor all sales team members.
  • Ensure all sales team members meet the goals of selling the required product portfolio mix on an annual basis.
  • Manage performance and activities of each Major Account Manager.
  • Create training and development programs for sales team members.
  • Lead and facilitate regular meetings for sales team.
  • Analyze performance of sales against market development and corporate objectives, accounting for expenses, marketing campaigns and team investment.
  • Manage a hybrid team with different geographical destinations.
  • Spend up to 50% of your time in front of clients (accompanying sales team members or other).
