Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator will assist the project manager and the team to successfully deliver the assigned projects.
Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and monitoring project schedules, work hours, budgets, and costs
- Creating and controlling the project tasks list
- Coordinating preproduction tasks execution by various teams and follow up on completion in a timely manner
- Advanced Excel skills required for creating and maintaining of reports
- Creating and maintaining the resource calendar based on availability
- Chairing and facilitating meetings when required and distributing minutes to all project team members
- Opening tickets in Service Now for various tasks and follow up on completion
- Checking the inventory of devices are that needed for the project, escalate is there are any missing
- Engaging other teams to perform their tasks at the proper time
- Escalating issues to various teams as required and follow up until the issues are resolved
- Centralizing status from all teams and send event status reports
- Opening and coordinating the bridge in the night of the event, where applicable
- Communicating on the bridge with ROS for testing and validation, where applicable

Project Coordinator Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study
- 13 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience working with macros / VBA considered an asset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
