Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator will assist the project manager and the team to successfully deliver the assigned projects.


Project Coordinator Responsibilities:


  • Maintaining and monitoring project schedules, work hours, budgets, and costs
  • Creating and controlling the project tasks list
  • Coordinating preproduction tasks execution by various teams and follow up on completion in a timely manner
  • Advanced Excel skills required for creating and maintaining of reports
  • Creating and maintaining the resource calendar based on availability
  • Chairing and facilitating meetings when required and distributing minutes to all project team members
  • Opening tickets in Service Now for various tasks and follow up on completion
  • Checking the inventory of devices are that needed for the project, escalate is there are any missing
  • Engaging other teams to perform their tasks at the proper time
  • Escalating issues to various teams as required and follow up until the issues are resolved
  • Centralizing status from all teams and send event status reports
  • Opening and coordinating the bridge in the night of the event, where applicable
  • Communicating on the bridge with ROS for testing and validation, where applicable
  • Escalating issues to various teams as required and follow up until the issues are resolved

Project Coordinator Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study
  • 13 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience working with macros / VBA considered an asset
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
