    We are happy to say that we are looking for an "Affiliate Marketing Specialist" to join us at, Primacorp Ventures, BC. Position: Affiliate Marketing Specialist Job Status: On-site Location: New Westminster, BC Expected Start Date: May, 2024 Reports to: Head of Marketing Working Hours: Regular office Hours Salary: $50 - $60k per annum Benefits: Comprehensive and competitive benefits What Will You Do?

    • Researching new online lead generation providers
    • Liaising with online lead generation providers and other affiliates
    • Preparing information package on our schools, as well as lead criteria
    • Updating lead routing tables
    • Negotiating contracts upon management approval
    • Ensuring that online marketing companies are properly setup and have all of the necessary information to start submitting leads
    • Managing campaigns to ensure quality and volume expectations are met
    • Updating the LMS system so that campaigns are properly tracked
    • Generating reports in order to measure performance of online lead generation companies and affiliates
    • Maximizing referral traffic to our websites through its affiliate programs
    • Measuring impact of interactive (online lead generation and affiliate) campaigns on overall marketing efforts
    WHY YOU? To be successful in the Online Marketing Coordinator position, an individual must be committed to developing, maintaining and demonstrating the following: Education and Experience:
    • A degree and a minimum of 2-5 years in Marketing, Advertising, Sales or Account Management
    • BA in Marketing, Business or related area
    • Experience in the Private Education industry in Canada and/or US is an asset
    • Experience in affiliate marketing also an asset
    Competencies:
    • Must be internet savvy, and able to effectively conduct research on the web through its various search engines, directories, social media sites, etc
    • Considerable experience with online marketing initiatives
    • Ability to coordinate multiple simultaneous projects
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment, discretion and tact
    • Ability to think and act strategically
    • Strong analytical skills, proficient with Excel and reporting
    • Search engine optimization or web analytics education and/or experience is a definite asset
    • Ability to write and communicate in French is a definite asset
    • Knowledge of the Private Education industry in Canada and USA is a definite asset
