- Contribute to the Company's long-term plan through leading maintenance projects
- Manage department budget and approve capital projects
- Develop the maintenance team and ensure they meet company objectives
- Schedule maintenance tasks efficiently to minimize work stoppages
- Conduct workplace inspections for safety compliance
- Engineering education preferred
- Minimum 7 years of maintenance managerial experience in manufacturing
- Valid Millwright or Electrician license required
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Expertise in mechanical/electrical systems
- Experience with automation, control systems, and project management
- Proficient in CMMS and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
