Overview of Role

Responsibilities

  • Create and develop marketing campaigns that promotes the Colleges programs, consulting and business development initiatives.
  • Effectively follow departmental lead management guidelines for all leads to create new opportunities and channels of engagements utilizing costeffective marketing strategies
  • Build and manage active pipeline of leads
  • Utilize database to efficiently track interactions and the progression of all assigned leads
  • Actively participate in daily meetings and come prepared to discuss new campaign ideas, prospective business development opportunities, and creative strategies to enhance performance or internal marketing strategies
  • Managing all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and the company website. You will be responsible for content creation, regular postings, and writing weekly blog posts on our blog page. Regularly looking for and gaining new highquality leads via these channels as well as using marketing tools and other social platforms to track performance.
  • Experience with web analytics, social media, HubSpot and Google Adwords, SEOs are an asset.
  • Social Media Platform Management (Follower Engagement Management, Content Geotargeting, Post Scheduling, and Platform Community Growth)
  • Work closely with our thirdparty advertising agency on strategic marketing plans and provide input on collateral, marketing and digital copy.
  • Oversee the company's website to ensure all images, floor plans, virtual tours, testimonials are up to date.

Qualifications

  • 4year degree preferred, OR appropriate combination of education and significant experience.
  • Experience of inside sales, outside sales or customer service preferred.
  • Knowledge of or experience in higher education and/or college admissions and recruitment beneficial but not required.
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as business needs dictate.
  • Ability to support the planning and organizing of multiple events and projects at one time
  • High level of experience in all Microsoft, Canva and HubSpot
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multitask and deal with high urgency tasks and projects
  • Ability to work well within a team, but primarily independently
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to handle high stress situations and make rational decisions in those situations.
  • College Diploma or University degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Digital
  • Media or Communications
  • Social Media Content Writing Experience
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Experience with Social Media Platform Management
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent relationshipbuilding and interpersonal skills required.
  • An ability to build, develop and maintain lasting relationships with corporate partners, key business associates, and prospective clients and their substitute decision makers.
  • Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint.

Salary:
$40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
