As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative content, managing brand development, and implementing effective marketing strategies.

Additionally, you will support our brokerage's marketing efforts, making this an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Position Summary

List of Main Responsibilities

Conduct competitor and environmental scans to identify gaps and opportunities in the market.
Develop social media strategies and deliver recommendations to enhance our online presence.
Design and create engaging social media posts and Reels to promote TCC projects.
Create and manage a social media editorial calendar, ensuring consistent and timely content.
Optimize social media content for daily feeds according to the agreedupon strategy.
Direct social media shoots and develop captivating social videos.
Conduct live social media coverage and interviews as required.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Generate regular reports and indepth performance reviews, providing valuable insights.
Create visually appealing print and digital materials that align with our brand guidelines.
Produce vertical videos suitable for Instagram and TikTok with a targeted delivery rate.
Develop longform YouTube videos to engage our audience.
Manage content strategy, concept development, onsite production, postproduction services, and digital delivery of final videos.
Strategically plan and execute paid advertising campaigns for lead generation and client engagement.
Develop an alwayson paid media strategy across identified channels.
Collaborate with existing assets to design ads for campaigns, promoted posts, and adhoc requests.
Provide ongoing support and collaborate with the paid media specialist to deliver monthly and postcampaign reporting.
Collect information about current and new preconstruction projects from developers and marketing agencies.
Ensure The Condo Company's database is continuously updated with the latest project information.
Support Ferrow's administration team and assist in maintaining the brokerage's CRM system.
Schedule and coordinate broker presentations to showcase new preconstruction projects.
Identify and coordinate other events for agents to attend.
Provide support to agents with their preconstruction inquiries.

List of Key Qualifications

Highly motivated selfstarter who takes the initiative and anticipates needs.
Flexible and adaptable to a fastpaced working environment and able to handle diverse workloads.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment with limited guidance.
Excellent time management, organization, and verbal, and written communication skills.
Demonstrated competency and experience with social media marketing.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience with a focus on social media, paid advertising/ lead generation and graphic design.
Experience in the real estate industry is considered an asset.
