Plumbing Helper Opportunity in the Owen Sound Area

Day Shift - (evenings and weekends may be required)

JOB DETAILS

_ Duties and Responsibilities_

Assisting & supporting plumbers with measuring
Holding pipes and parts for installation
Unpacking & packing equipment
Adjusting water pressure valves
Measuring, cutting & threading pipes
Work with plumbers, project managers, office staff and customers to help complete projects
Identify, troubleshoot & present technical issues in a clear and concise manner
Providing & handling tools, equipment and stock in a safe manner and as required
Other duties as assigned

_Qualifications and Requirements_

Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record
Punctual with organization/planning abilities
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to perform physically demanding work
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Tenacity and the determination to get things done in a timely manner
Selfsufficient, analytical and problemsolving skills
Safety certified for working in construction (WAH, WHMIS, Workers Health & Safety Awareness
These certifications can be obtained upon starting)
