About the Job

The impact you'll have
In collaboration with the Director of People and Culture, you'll:

  • Craft a winning talent acquisition strategy and build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Lead, coach, and empower a dynamic talent acquisition team.
  • Create targeted recruitment strategies for key roles and global hiring initiatives.
  • Drive a strong talent market presence, managing Vendasta's brand and Employee Value Proposition in creative and inspiring ways.
  • Leverage creative inbound and outbound recruitment tactics to source top talent.

The value you'll bring

  • You have a successful track record of full life cycle recruiting, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • You've led and developed teams, showcasing your ability to recruit across a global talent market.
  • Your excellent communication and organizational skills enable you to manage multiple deadlines/projects effectively, build strong relationships, and advocate for ideas with respect and tact.
  • A degree in human resources, business, or equivalent experience is a musthave, and CPHR designation is strongly preferred.
