Description
Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems, hardware and peripherals

  • Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems
  • Identifies, analyzes and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed
Performs a variety of complicated tasks

  • Onsite software support
  • Repair of highend printers and multifunction devices
  • Hardware repair and software restoration at server component level
  • Network device replacement/configuration
  • Basic network troubleshooting

Day-to-Day responsibilities

  • EUC support, Re-Image and Refresh equipment

TOP 2 required skills

  • Microsoft Application

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years
  • Microsoft Certificate and CompTIA A+

Job Type:
Permanent


Salary:
$25.00-$27.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Configuration: 4 years (preferred)
  • Software troubleshooting: 4 years (preferred)
  • Network installation: 4 years (preferred)
  • Desktop support: 4 years (preferred)
  • Computer repair: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • MCP (preferred)
  • CompTIA A+ (preferred)
