We are currently hiring a Customer Experience Representative to join our growing team

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, the Customer Experience Representative is responsible for providing direct support to prospective customers who seek information on Company products and services via phone or internet.

The Customer Experience Representative supports branch sales personnel by gathering information and prequalifying potential sales leads.


THE ROLE

  • Prequalify customer inquiry and disseminate call information to appropriate salesperson or department.
  • Log, track, and communicate details of communication with customers.
  • Follow up with leads and record sales results.
  • Participate in both branch and corporate training activities.
  • Make outbound telephone calls and answer incoming sales calls.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
KNOW HOW & EXPERIENCE

  • Fully Bilingual French and English.
  • A fouryear university degree is desirable for this position.
  • Must be proficient with computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • At least 1 year of related experience with material handling equipment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Relationship building and time management skills.
  • Selfmotivation with strong problemsolving capabilities.
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
