Position Summary:


The Commercial Effectiveness Lead will play a critical role to the success of the Immunology franchise to identify, realize, and implement initiatives to increase our team performance and manage identifiable gaps with a specific focus on our field effort and resources especially on Dupixent.

The Commercial Effectiveness Lead will have responsibility and accountability across all current and future indications for Dupixent, which includes our co-commercialization with Regeneron Canada.

And the other pipeline assets of the immunology franchise


The Commercial Effectiveness Lead is an office-based role with significant field time expectations working with the Dupixent Sales and Medical field teams.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Working in close collaboration with all cross functional partners on the team, including Business Operation & Support, Market Access, Patient Support Services, and Finance, the Commercial Effectiveness Lead will diagnose and identify key opportunities and challenges within the internal and external Dupixent business environment. This individual will develop solution oriented strategic plans supported by available data and information/insights to ensure seamless and timely solutions to optimize the growth and commercialization of the brand, to contribute to the targeted financial goals of the franchise.
  • Collaborate with Medical and Marketing to translate market trends and best practices into new initiatives (i.e. tools and programs) and create new ways of working that realize benefits above our current ways. Use an Agile approach to iterate and learn over time.
  • Collaborate across Dupixent/immunology effectiveness teams in other countries/affiliates to bring best practices and learnings to Canada and to share those in Canada with other countries.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of objective measures and KPIs for our tactical activities and lead the review of these measures to help senior leadership make informed decisions.
  • With a national 'all Dupixent' indication lens, ensure omnichannel customer touchpoints, with an emphasis on digital, support the team toward reaching a full (360 degree) customer view; one that allows us to make better decisions with customers and patients at the center.
  • Ensure close collaboration and represent Canada in the Global work on the CONNECT, STEM, and Go To Market (GTM) programs. Be the leader in Canada to communicate, implement, and secure adoption and belief in these programs.

Key Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA or other advanced degree is an asset
  • Minimum of 810 years' work experience in Sales/Marketing and/or medical positions of increasing responsibility, including external customer facing field roles
  • Minimum of 45 years' experience in commercial/medical operations, sales/marketing/medical management within the Canadian pharmaceutical industry
  • High proficiency in common business tools and solutions such as, but not exclusive to, MS Office suite (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams), Zoom, Salesforce, and SAP
  • Experience in people management an asset
  • Must demonstrate the Sanofi Play to Win behaviors at all times

Languages:
