Total Compensation - On Track Earnings: $80,000 - $100,000 based on experience, inclusive of commissions earned. Commissions are not capped.

Under the supervision of the General Manager, the duties and responsibilities of the Territory Manager include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manages all installations and repairs including assisting Route Managers with large accounts and ensuring a great first impression and customer experience;
- Assist in Accounts Receivable as needed;
- Accountability related to On-Call Services;
- Promote, sell and secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationshipbased, consultative approach;
- Make telephone calls, inperson visits, and presentations to existing and prospective customers;
- Inservice customers on proper use of supplies and/or equipment
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints;
- Understand the customer's needs through effective written and verbal communication;
- Analyze the territory/markets potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers' value to the Company;
- Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximizing the return on time investment for the territory/segment;
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Post Secondary Certificate or Degree in related field; or comparable industry experience;
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Field Service & Sales position or in a similar sales focused position;
- Valid driver's license;
- Proficient in using a computer, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Strong problemsolving skills;
- Accountable and dependable;
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills;
- Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic; and
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
Working Conditions
- Work normal business hours but may be required to do some work in the evenings or outside normal working hours;
- Required to work in a busy, open area which may result in constant interruptions;
- Required to meet a number of deadlines which may cause stress.

Fixed term contract
Base Salary:
$60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
