Duties:


Provides Library Collection Development Services including ordering, receiving, processing, and maintaining print and electronic information resources in order to meet the information and research needs of the members of the Courts and the employees at Courts Administration Service (CAS).

Information you must provide:

Your résumé.


Graduation from a recognized post-secondary institution with a certificate, diploma or degree in library and information technology and services or other relevant field including archival studies, information management.

Degree equivalency

Experience working with an integrated library system and the functions: serials, acquisitions, or cataloguing (or related functions).

Experience in the maintenance of digital and print collections of a library.

Experience in processing library finances.

Experience using a financial management system, such as FreeBalance Accountability.


The following will be applied / assessed at a later date (essential for the job):
Bilingual - Imperative (BBB/BBB)

Information on language requirements

Knowledge of the tools and techniques for troubleshooting library technical services

Ability to communicate effectively in writing.
Ability to communicate effectively orally.
