- Lead multiple teams of production support analysts in Canada, the U.K, and the United States, providing support 24x7 across different time zones, ensuring top-level service for Fixed Income Clients and applications across Commodities & Futures for Trading, Pricing, and Risk management systems.
- Operate as a Player/Coach, with a blend of hands-on technical and business knowledge, people leadership, project and communication skills.
- Manage Production, functioning as an escalation point for operational teams on a 24x7 basis, participating in incident response, problem management, and root cause analysis.
- Own day-to-day operational support services, enhancing production Stability, Reliability, and Service Excellence.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to drive production stability via metrics and reporting, collaborating closely with Application Development teams and external vendors for Continuous improvement.
- Ensure accurate logging of support incidents and conduct Incident and Problem Review Meetings (PRMs) to track action items to closure.
- Drive efficiencies through tools and process improvements.
- Provide leadership and expertise to team members.
- 10+ years of IT experience with strong knowledge of Capital Markets, including Fixed Income Products.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in technology support of Capital Markets trading and related functions.
- Knowledge of Fixed Income trading activities, market data feeds, and applications such as Murex, Openlink, XTP risk systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with challenging trading clients.
- Ability to manage open issues from trading desks and collaborate across IT and external vendors for issue resolution.
- Solid skills in Linux, SQL, and scripting languages.
- Experience with Database, Linux, Windows, and basic infrastructure.
- Good understanding of enterprise scheduler platforms and monitoring tools.
- Working knowledge of underlying infrastructure and interoperability.
- Familiarity with ITIL Service management practices.
- Working knowledge in Elastic Search, Release Management Tools, DevOps, and cloud technology.
- Experience supporting MQ, SOLACE, and RV/RMDS.

What is the opportunity?
Seeking an experienced Production Services Leader in the fast-paced Capital Markets, QTS, Fixed Income Production Application Support team.
