We continue to grow and today are looking for a committed, talented, star to join our team as our Brand Marketing Analyst.


Position Summary/Objective:


  • The Marketing Analyst ("Marketing") supports the Marketing team with reporting, pricing and analytics for total North American (NA) business for the MadeGood brand. This Pricing and Analyst role is accountable for supporting the marketing and business teams in working with RNF key stakeholders to provide insights on market, product segment, brand and sku rankings, as well as competitive products, formats, and pricing for the NA market to drive business growth. This role will be focused on the North American market, including responsibilities for the United States and Canada.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Support pricing workstream by analyzing competitive pricing, elasticity trends, and formalizing pricing strategies across product segments
  • Lead competitive market intelligence across markets building dashboards and templates to uncover insights, including tableau templating, pricing analytics and competitive activity
  • Lead Marketing Quarterly business reviews providing and in depth analysis of brand, segment, sku level performance by market. Provide ongoing business assessments across key categories/segments tied to this workstream
  • Gathers and leads marketing quarterly KPI reporting framework and delivery including HHP metrics, Brand Health tracking, POS trends including baseline velocities
  • Supports marketing reporting data for the MadeGood brand, providing detailed analysis of actual performance versus plan
  • Consumption Reporting, aid with data/commentary
  • Tracking of Riverside Retail initiatives (e.g. National Programs, Innovation)
  • Support varying cuts of the data to get to root cause (ie DMA-Level Analysis of marketing impact)
  • Analysis of marketing programs impact in market
  • MadeGood and competitive pricing audits, strategies, compliance
  • Supports Innovation sellin stories and support data
  • Conducts and presents competitive assessments
  • Work as a team
    player to support the Marketing team during the Business Planning and / Annual Planning processes
  • Proactively take ownership and uncover insights in the data we have available to identify market trends and areas of opportunity to address
  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned

Reporting Relationships

  • The Brand Marketing Analyst reports to the Sr Director of Marketing, MadeGood
  • No Direct Reports

Education / Qualifications Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 23+ years of work experience in related field
  • Excellent analytical skills: MS Excel advanced level and ability to confidently draw conclusions from data.
  • Exhibits strong understanding of multiple syndicated data sources and tools, including customer POS data tools and/or Nielsen/Spins/IRI; demonstrates a sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with crossfunctional teams
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and work on several deliverables simultaneously
  • Passion for Riverside Values

Skills and Abilities:


  • Intermediate Competency in Microsoft Applications, SAP and Tableau
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL, Python and/or R
  • Immediate knowledge of data analytics, regression analysis and BI Tools. Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Ability to think through immediate needs, analytics and implications of findings/next steps
  • Highly collaborative, analytical and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Very comfortable with change and ambiguity, adaptable and flexible to work with different stakeholders
  • Positive Attitude and passion to persevere. Adept at working in an environment where you impact change / growth in process, tools and ways of working
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate and react to frequently changing business conditions with proven ability to perform under tight deadlines
  • Ability to excel in a fastpace
