SIGNING BONUS FOR DIRECT HIRES:

Senior HR Generalist
REPORTING TO:
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
***: Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the incumbent is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting CGL Manufacturing.
This carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas:
employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, affirmative action and employment law compliance.
- Ensure that the delivery of human resources products and services meets the needs of the business.
- Counsel leaders and managers on employee relations and issues and help reach appropriate resolutions.
- Reviews employee data and approves transaction in UKG, our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data integrity necessary for reporting and analysis.
- Close business partnership with the local support team.
- Efficient project and change management measures and their implementation.
- Proper employee and labor relations processes, and investigations.
- Local leadership planning, assessment, and confirmation processes.
- Administer compensation and benefit plans.
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment process.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Provide support to employees in various HRrelated topics as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflictfree workplace.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Undertake tasks around performance management.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
- Organize semiannual employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.

$55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
