Customer Service & Inside Sales Manager

Job Duties:
- Perform customer service for full order cycle including:
- Quoting for cutting, forming, machining and related services;
- Sending customer order confirmations
- Updating customers on the status of their orders
- Following up on any questions or concerns regarding an order
- Inputting customer orders into ERP system
- Answer phone calls and route to appropriate party, as necessary
- Develop and maintain strong rapport and establish trust with customers
- Inform and educate customers of business offerings
- Collect feedback from customers on Oxytech's products and services
- Learn each customer's business needs, and seek opportunities for Oxytech to improve and increase business opportunities with them
- Perform Inside Sales activities such as:
- Assist with developing and implementing strategies for business growth
- Seek relevant prospects through research and networking
- Cold calling and advising management regarding prospective customers to be visited
- Maintain records and KPIs of all sales efforts
- Establish, maintain and curate compelling marketing material on social media platforms and company website
Job Requirements:
- Previous success in a customer servicebased role
- Ability to decipher mechanical drawings (2D and 3D)
- Quoting experience for metal cutting, forming machining and related services
- Experience within the steel industry, preferably steel plate processing
- Familiarity with laser and plasma cutting, press brake forming and CNC machining
- Extremely personable and friendly personality and demeanor
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Understanding of ERP systems
Salary:
- Commensurate with skills and experience
Salary:
$60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
