Clinical Research Assistant

The Clinical Research Assistant plays a pivotal role in the success of ZYUS' ("ZYUS or the Company") clinical research initiatives by providing essential research assistance and support to the clinical research team.

This position involves engaging in scientific activities related to the Company's nonclinical studies and clinical trials, encompassing a diverse range of responsibilities to ensure efficient and precise support throughout the entire research process.

Summary of Key Responsibilities (job functions include but are not limited to):

Literature Review:

  • Conduct comprehensive literature reviews to stay current on relevant scientific studies, ensuring the research team remains informed on the latest advancements.
  • Summarize key findings and present synthesized information to support ongoing research initiatives.
  • 2.

Research Assistance:

  • Provide valuable support for drug development research, including study reviews, data screening, and progress reporting.
  • Assist in the organization of study documents, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  • 3.

Data Review and Visualization:

  • Collaborate with the clinical research team to review and visualize study findings, contributing to data interpretation and presentation.
  • 4.

Data Entry and Maintenance:

  • Accurately enter and screen research data, maintaining a focus on data quality and integrity.
  • Follow data management protocols throughout the data entry and maintenance process.
  • 5.

Communication:

  • Collaborate efficiently with the clinical research team, stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate smooth coordination of research activities.
  • Foster clear and concise communication to enhance team collaboration.
  • 6.

Administrative Support:
- o Assist in organizing various aspects of drug development research, ensuring efficient preparation, handling, distribution, tracking, filing, and archiving of documentation and reports.

Documentation:

  • Maintain organized and uptodate study documentation, including filing, reporting, archiving, and other relevant materials.
  • 8.

Quality Control:

  • Actively participate in quality control processes

Qualifications/Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in healthrelated field (e.g., physiology, biochemistry, pharmacology, toxicology, microbiology, immunology, anatomy).
  • Prior employment or experience in a research setting, such as internships or coursework, is preferred.
