Responsibilities:

Have a thorough knowledge of the local real estate market.
Be able to explain the process of buying and selling a home to clients.
Be familiar with the legal aspects of real estate transactions.
Be able to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other real estate professionals.
Stay current on market trends and conditions.
Understand the financial aspects of real estate transactions.

Requirements:

Valid real estate license in Ontario | Or you are nearing completion of a real estate licensing course.
Proven track record as a successful real estate agent.
Entry level real estate agents welcome.
Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customeroriented approach with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Proficient in using real estate databases and software.
Selfmotivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
