Solar Sales Advisor

Firefly Solar Inc. is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Solar Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team.

As a Solar Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting renewable energy solutions to residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

Generate Leads: Proactively identify and pursue leads through various channels such as door-to-door canvassing, events, referrals, and online inquiries.

Educate Clients: Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy solutions, including cost savings, environmental impact, and incentives available.

Conduct Consultations: Conduct on-site consultations to assess customers' energy needs, evaluate their properties for solar suitability, and provide personalized recommendations.

Provide Excellent Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.

Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, solar technology advancements, regulatory changes, and incentive programs to better advise clients and drive sales.

Collaborate with Team: Collaborate with internal teams, including installation technicians, project managers, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless execution of projects and exceptional customer experiences.

Meet Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs) while adhering to ethical sales practices and company policies.


Qualifications:


  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the solar industry or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of solar energy systems, including PV panels, inverters, and battery storage solutions.
  • Familiarity with financing options, incentive programs, and regulatory requirements related to solar installations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary:
$44,025.93-$133,541.84 per year
