À titre d'agent(e) au service à la clientèle, vous participez à la prise en charge et au maintien de la relation d'affaires auprès des membres et clients par votre contribution au développement des affaires.

Vous réalisez les activités de soutien liées à la vente des produits et services par différents canaux de distribution répondant aux besoins des membres et clients selon les stratégies et les pratiques en vigueur.

Votre rôle consiste à fournir un accompagnement aux membres et clients en lien avec les produits d'assurance automobile et habitation et à participer au maintien des relations d'affaires.

Vous réalisez des activités de soutien à la croissance par l'accompagnement des clients existants et des clients potentiels, selon les pratiques en vigueur et ce, en mettant à profit votre aptitude à savoir adapter votre approche lorsque la situation l'exige.

Vous assurez la satisfaction des membres et clients et la qualité des services rendus dans vos interactions, tout en respectant les normes et procédures de l'organisation.

La maîtrise des relations interpersonnelles est une des compétences ainsi recherchées.

General Information on the Position

Main Responsibilities- Assist members and clients, listen to their needs and propose personalized solutions- Help members/clients choose and get the most of their tools and channels based on how much independence and automation they want- Close sales, process transactions and follow up as needed.

Ensure member and client satisfaction- Take phone calls and handle information requests. Conduct research as needed and suggest personalized solutions.

Other working conditions- Work location: Position located in Lévis or Québec, depending on the applicant selected. The work arrangement for the position is hybrid work.- Number of jobs available : 8

Qualifications:

Attestation of College Studies in a related field
A minimum of two years of relevant experience

Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered- For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required

Specific knowledge- Intermediate knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because position involves interactions with english-speaking partners, members and/or clients.
