Customer Service Agent - MCC 360

Full Time Permanent

Ottawa, Ontario, Canada

Hybrid role


As a front-line dedicated support for all our clients, you will be playing a key role in assisting the MCC meet its goals and objectives.

You will be primarily responsible for providing high-quality service to physicians and programs in relation to the MCC 360 program.


What you'll do

  • Prepare paper packages for mailing to physician participants, including electronic merge and initiation processes
  • Classify incoming documents, scan and prepare files
  • Enter patient feedback provided on questionnaires
  • Participate in quality assurance activities related to business processes and quality of reports
  • Participate in training of new agents and ensure training syllabus is uptodate

What you need to succeed

Experience:


  • 13 years' experience providing frontline customer service, preferably in an office environment

Technical Skills:


  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel and the ability to learn and work with internal database systems (SalesForce, FluidReview, etc.)
  • Proficiency using the internet to retrieve information quickly
  • Experience with user acceptance testing, developing processes, and training considered an asset

Competencies:


  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and to be tactful and discrete
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to conduct research and to elicit pertinent information from clients

Education:


  • Postsecondary education or equivalent experience

Language:


  • Fluent bilingualism; excellent oral and written skills in both English and French
