Project Coordinator (Logistics)

Fulltime - Permanent

Can be based out of any of office in Canada (Reporting into Montreal)

Bolloré Logistics is looking to add a full-time Senior to Senior Project Coordinator to its growing team in Montreal We are looking for a dynamic person to develop his career in logistics.

Responsibilities:

Under the responsibility of the Project Supervisor, the incumbent ensures the follow-up of shipments while ensuring follow-up with clients.

Establish a constructive relationship with the client,
Follow up on orders with the various suppliers and relay the information to the customer,
Check the documentation and ensure that it complies with the requirements,
Issue the necessary documentation while respecting the instructions & regulations,
Maintain certain reports (internal or external),
Track shipments to destination and inform the customer of developments,
Invoicing according to the rates given to the customer,
Other duties defined by the immediate supervisor.

Intermediary:

Responsibilities appointed at the previous level,
Respond to requests for various quotations (customers and / or collaborators overseas).

Senior:

Responsibilities appointed at previous levels,

Do market development.

Provide innovative solutions to the client(s),
Respond to RFQs & requests for various quotations,
Assist the supervisor and director in the preparation of calls for tenders.

Education and Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
DEC or equivalent in schooling.
Excellent organizational and proactive skills.
Ability to manage own time and workload to meet internal and external expectations.
Experience in a logistics company (an asset).
Must be proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills, bilingual English and French (written and verbal)
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills required.
