Requirements and skills

  • Minimum three years of experience in prevention and resolution of conflict, harassments, discrimination or violence in organizations, including conducting investigations;
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in an appropriate field of specialization;
  • Bilingual (French and English) written and spoken;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Good analytical and synthesis skills and attention to detail;
  • Team player and collaborative; and
  • Positive, open and flexible personality.
