There is an exciting opportunity for a hardworking and independent post-secondary student to join the Commercial Property Management team as a
Commercial Property Management Intern.

The 4-month internship, starting in May 2023 offers hands-on experience and learning opportunities on a dynamic team in our
Vancouver office.

About you:

Duties:

Working with property managers for various properties
Coordinating tenant appreciation and other events
Heading up a number of special projects to be assigned during the duration of the internship
Conducting various property walks
Performing other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

Any Property Management related experience is an asset
A valid driver's license and vehicle are required
Enrolled in Postsecondary education
Diploma, or Degree, or related field an asset.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency with various computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Developed problemsolving ability.
Selfstarter, driven, with high attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
